St. Paul's M. P. Moller Organ Retired on April 21, 2002
After 79 Years of Musical Service
On April 21, 2002 our Moller Organ played for the last time.  The pipe organ is being retired to be replaced with a more capable and less costly to maintain digitally sampled organ.  The M.P. Moller organ was originally installed in 1923.  It was manufactured in Hagerstown MD.   The original installation had its pipes exposed at the center of the altar.  During the 1940s chimes where added to the organ.  The pipes and console were moved to the position it was retired from during the 1952 renovation.

Pastor Kurz leads us in worship as a recuperating Pastor Price looks on directly in front of him.  This is also likely a historic event as a father leads the worship service in his daughter's parish.

Art works on the ceiling of the sound chambers were temporarily uncovered in support of the new installation.
