Float Building for the
Jefferson 225th Celebration
at St. Paul Lutheran Church
The float started with a wood frame covered with chicken wire.

The "Sharing Faith" theme lettering  is being carefully planned out.

A removable 4 fronted replica of the church being stuffed with POMPS

The church is now fully POMPED

I certainly hope we spelled this correctly!
The float was constructed over a 3 week period.  It was built in pieces and installed on the trailer the Friday night before the parade.

After some planning we figured out how to get the frame out of the garage and onto the trailer.

We need more balloons!

We lost one under the float, or he's sleeping instead of working!

Another one a sleep under the float!

Some work was in tight quarters.

The final product getting ready for its debut.

The final prep crew.

Thanks to all those who helped, it looked great.
